Canadian Newspaper Association (CNA) - Board of Directors
The Canadian Newspaper Association Board of Directors is comprised of publishers and senior executives representing corporate and independent interests. Representation approximates each group's share of total circulation.
The Board’s role is to propose priorities, approve a budget, develop policy, oversee the committees and monitor the CNA's direction and performance. Each committee of the CNA is chaired by a member of the Board of Directors.

The members of the Board of Directors for the Canadian Community Newspapers Association are nominated by their peers from across Canada to represent the concerns and viewpoints of their region at the national level. Officers are elected each year and serve a one-year term.
